山东省人口、经济与产业重心迁移对比研究：2000-2012

文章用区域重心的概念和模型计算了山东省2000-2012年间人口、经济和产业重心的迁移轨迹,从而对人口分布和经济分布的空间演变关系进行了比较分析。结果表明:人口重心位于山东几何中心的西南面,经济重心则位于东北面,表明了区域人口、经济的不平衡发展,且经济分布比人口分布的不均衡程度要大;近12年来人口重心和经济重心一致往西南方向移动,经济发展和人口迁移过程相互影响,而人口重心迁移的速度要滞后于经济重心,这一过程使得二者之间的空间距离逐渐缩小,反映了人口、经济发展的不协调性有所缓解,整个区域的地区差距在变小;第二产业的空间演变是人口分布的重要影响因素。     

创新型企业生态系统及其关键要素——基于企业生态理论

文章基于生态理论建立一个创新型企业生态系统模型,并梳理出三类关键要素:主体要素、功能要素和环境要素。孵化器、大学和科研机构、上下游企业和为企业提供金融支持的相关机构作为主体要素存在,他们需要紧密协作,以使整个商业生态系统获得稳定和利益的提升。两大功能要素——人才和资本,是主体要素获取创新能量的源头,良好的地理环境和社会环境是创新型企业生态系统中的关键环境要素。     

Creative Batik Motif Design Based on Local Cultural Art and Natural Environments

Local arts, culture, and natural environment of Indonesia had their own uniqueness. They might be explored to help and to develop batik industry in Indonesia, especially in motif aspect. It was necessary to help craftsmen to create new and innovative batik products. The study was conducted as an effort to motivate batik craftsmen in developing batik industry through production of creative and unique batik motives. First study question： What are artistic motives of local arts and culture of natural environment of Yogyakarta and Central Java able to give distinct and characteristically local styles？ Second was how to create creative batik inspired by local arts and natural environment.

Innovation sourcing excellence: Three purchasing capabilities for success

Innovation sourcing has become more critical across many industries. As global value chains have become more fragmented, change and opportunity comes from all sides. As a result, companies need to excel at capturing innovation opportunities with existing and potential supply chain members. This article describes a simple framework with three essential innovation sourcing capabilities needed to excel in purchasing: (1) Purchasing needs to explore unmet needs and anticipate future competitive advantages by working closely with other functions and clients; (2) it needs to explore external opportunities beyond first-tier suppliers; and (3) it needs to involve suppliers in innovation projects that consistently deliver results over time. Our framework has been developed based on a combined qualitative and quantitative research methodology that takes into account practices and results at the purchasing and company levels. The framework will help C-level managers and purchasing teams benchmark their progress in innovation sourcing and understand what steps need to be taken to achieve excellence.     

The Influence of Generational Diversity Management and Leader–Member Exchange on Innovative Work Behaviors Mediated by Employee Engagement

This study investigates the influence of generational diversity management and the quality of leader–member exchanges on innovative work behaviors, mediated by employee engagement. A group of 1839 employees at Indonesia’s largest telecommunications company, which represents three generations – Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y – participated in the study. The results suggesting that employee engagement strengthens the influence of quality in leader–member exchanges, and diversity management leads to positive innovative work behaviors. Generational diversity, leader–member exchange, and innovative work behaviors are lowest among Gen Y, but are highest among Gen X. Employee engagement peaks in Baby Boomers.

物流作为电子商务的的重要一环，具有举足轻重的作用。通过对电子商务物流现状的分析发现，由于物流体系还不完善，形成了电子商务的瓶颈。文中首先介绍了电子商务、地铁物流的概念，探讨了电子商务环境下物流的特点，从电子商务与地铁物流的关系研究入手，对电子商务中地铁物流发展模式进行探讨，对电子商务下地铁物流成立调度中心和自提点的模型进行分析，寻找适合电子商务环境下地铁物流发展的模式。
